Home Search Service - Stage 2: Find & Apply

We’ll create a private online group to send you matching listings. You can also send us any properties you find yourselves. We will then view the properties of your choosing.

For each home you shortlist, we will:

• Arrange and attend the viewing;

• Liaise with the agent on your behalf;

• Take additional photos/videos (where allowed);

• Provide a floorplan/layout information;

• Provide a detailed report with pros, cons, and how well the property matches your requirements based on key fit factors;

• Record a walk-around video of the street and neighbourhood;

• Application support and representation to agents and landlords.

When you’re ready to apply, you’ll deal directly with the agent — but we’re still here to support you.
