3 Levels of Service.
Stage 1: Explore
You’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your needs. Then we’ll book a 60-minute call (approx. 7 days later) to talk through everything and share:
A personalised overview of suburbs that might suit you, based on your budget and lifestyle;
Information about commutes, schools, public transport, facilities, etc. in those areas;
Examples of current properties on the market;
Where to search for properties;
A sense-check of your ideal budget in the current market;
A chance to ask questions and get local insight.
You’ll also receive helpful resources with:
An overview of NZ housing styles;
Auckland suburb guide;
Intro to the NZ school system;
Local shopping and living tips.
This is a standalone service.

Stage 2: Find
We’ll create a private online group to send you matching property listings. You can also send us any homes you find yourselves. We will then view the properties of your choosing.
For each home you shortlist, we will:
Arrange and attend the viewing;
Liaise with the agent on your behalf;
Take additional photos/videos (where allowed);
Provide a floorplan/layout information;
Provide a detailed report with pros, cons, and how well the property matches your requirements based on key fit factors;
Record a walk-around video of the street and neighbourhood.
When you’re ready to apply, you’ll deal directly with the agent — but we’re still here to support you.

Optional Extras
Single Property Viewing
Found a property yourself, and don't need us to research for you? We’ll view it and provide our usual report and video tour.
Application Support
We’ll guide you through the paperwork, provide a local reference, collect keys from the agent, and meet you at the property at an agreed time.
Furnishing
Order furniture online and we’ll be there to receive it, unpack it, and have your home move-in ready when you arrive.
