You’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your needs, followed by a 60-minute call (approx. 5 days later) to talk through everything and share:
A personalised overview of suburbs that might suit you, based on your budget and lifestyle;
Information about commutes, schools, public transport, facilities, etc. in those areas;
Examples of current properties on the market;
Where to search for properties;
A sense-check of your ideal budget in the current market;
A chance to ask questions and get local insight.

Help and support identifying and providing suitable property listings directly to you;

Liaise with the agent on your behalf;
Take additional photos/videos (where allowed);
Provide detailed feedback with pros, things to consider, and how well the property matches your requirements based on key fit factors;

Record drive-rounds of neighbourhood and local area.

When you’re ready to apply, you’ll apply directly to the agent, and we will provide full application support, including:
How to use the online portals;
What references and information to provide;
Maintain phone contact with the agent for updates, and;
Represent you as credible and desirable applicants to the landlord.
